Cancellation policy

Alternative Angels has appointed fully professional, qualified Colon Hydrotherapists. In order to keep the charge at the current reasonable rate, Alternative Angels need to manage a very efficient appointment system. If you cannot make your allocated appointment, a minimum notice of 12 hours allows your session to be reallocated. Less than 12 hours notice will incurr a 50% cancellation fee.

Less than 5 hours notice will incurr payment in full.

Alternative Angels understand exceptional unforeseen circumstances may occur and these cases will be discussed separately.

Alternative Angels provides a multimap link to assist with directions to our luxurious premises and we can give you more details at any time over the phone if you are unsure. It is the responsibility of the client to arrive on time for the allocated appointment.
